Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final Sale items, intimates, swimwear (without hygiene seal), beauty products, earrings, and certain accessories are non-returnable.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.
Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Fees Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
